Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Cut-Offs

  • Bake & Ship Days: We bake and ship fresh cookies twice weekly: every Monday and Tuesday.

  • Order Cut-Off: To make it into the next bake run, please place your order by Fridays each week.

    • Orders placed Friday are shipped the following Monday.

    • Holiday Schedule: If a bake day falls on a statutory holiday, we’ll notify you by email and ship on the next available bake day.


2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Carrier: Canada Post

  • Expedited Post (Included): 2–5 business days transit once shipped

  • Xpress Post (Upgrade): 1–2 business days transit; available at checkout for an additional fee

  • Shipping Fees: Flat rate of $11.99 for expedited  or Express for $19.99 

  • Packaging: Insulated boxes with protective padding to keep cookies fresh and intact

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves our bakery


3. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.


4. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Chomp Cookies is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to customer data-entry errors.

  • Carrier Delays or Damage: Once your package is with Canada Post, any delays, misroutes, or damage caused by them should be reported directly to Canada Post.

  • Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your cookies, or if they arrive damaged, please email info@chompcookies.ca within 7 days. We’ll do our best to assist and, when possible, help you file a claim with Canada Post.
