Frequently asked questions

Where do I pick up my order?

Local pickup is at #3-470 Banks Road, Kelowna, BC. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am–4:00pm.

Do you ship cookies?

Yes! We ship across the Okanagan and Western Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Cookies are baked fresh and packed to travel.

How does Build-A-Box work?

Pick a box size (4, 8 or 12), then fill it with any mix of our current flavours using the + and – buttons. When your box is full, add it to your cart.

How fresh are the cookies?

Every order is baked fresh in small batches. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your cookies within a few days.

Can you do custom orders and catering?

Absolutely. For events, weddings and large or custom orders, head to our Custom Orders page and get in touch.
