Refund & Return Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us at info@chompcookies.ca at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled bake time. Please include your order number in your email to help us process your request quickly.

2. No Returns
All of our cookies are freshly made to order. Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once baking is complete. All cookie sales (including gift cards, if applicable) are final.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re otherwise not completely satisfied, please email info@chompcookies.ca within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will respond within one business day and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
