Today Chomp hums along in a commercial space, turning out ten times more cookies yet holding tight to small-batch love. Why cookies? Because they’re edible nostalgia. My greatest joy is witnessing a first taste—the widened eyes, the soft mmm, the moment someone closes their eyes to savor a flavor that feels both new and achingly familiar. That reaction keeps the mixers spinning through late-night tests and dawn-light bakes.

And the dream keeps rising. I imagine browned-butter aromas drifting from a cozy storefront, seasonal flavors inspired by Okanagan orchards, pop-ups that brighten farmers’ markets, and mentoring young bakers who feel the same magnetic pull I once did. Every order pushes us one step closer, proving that a single, unforgettable cookie can launch a lifelong adventure.
