Lump of Coal

This cookie features black cocoa powder to give it that deep dark black coal feel, and is packed with semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate truffles, skor bits and stuffed with chocolate ganache. We then roll it in Oreo crumble and bake.

This might be our favourite cookie to date. It's rich, it's not too sweet, with hints of espresso and cinnamon throughout.
